Welcome to our online store! Please note that items, prices and terms are subject to change without notice. We do our best to update our site with current pricing and information, but reserve the right to change them at any time.
Payment
We accept Visa, MasterCard, postal money order or check.
All orders are priced in U.S. Dollars.
All orders from outside the U.S. must be prepaid with an International Money Order in U.S. Dollars. Credit card charges will be converted by your credit card company to your home currency.
Shipping
All orders are shipped UPS Ground or FedEx Ground unless otherwise requested. All shipping charges will be added to your order’s total and calculated at the time of shipment. Shipping charges are based on weight and destination location. Handling charges may apply.
Since most of what we do at Image One Imprints is CUSTOM .... we do not always send out your order the next day from receiving it. Typically, the orders are sent out 7-10 days from receiving your order. We appreciate your understanding and patience in this matter. If your order will take longer ... you will receive an e-mail the next business day. Thank you, again.
Return Policy
Exchanges and returns are allowed only with prior authorization and must be returned within 14 days of YOU receiving the product. (Shipping costs will not be credited). A 25% restock fee applies to all non-defective and non-custom order returns.
Custom orders and items purchased on sale are never returnable – They are final sales.
All returns must be shipped back in the same condition they were received, folded in the original packaging, not worn or laundered. Of course, you may try them on for fit. If your order was shipped incorrectly, we will correct that order at no cost to you.
Due to the nature of our “customized” business – it makes it difficult to accept a return on a custom order. Custom orders are created just for you. Therefore, once you place an order for a customized garment, custom printed item or custom printed paper items – there are no returns – Unless the garment or item is defective.
Customer Service
We strive very hard to give the best customer service to our clients. We don’t want to just sell you a garment and never hear from you. We want to be your provider for all your apparel, custom orders and special occasions. We want to create your vision – Tell us what you want and we’ll create it! Our customers have been our biggest inspiration. We listen to what you want and with our best silk-screening, embroidery, graphic artist … You’ll always be satisfied!
Custom Orders
Under normal circumstances, all custom orders via silk-screen, embroidery, in-stock rhinestone appliqués and printed material will ship within 10-14 working days upon FINAL approval of vector artwork, colors and/or signed approval agreement. Special Order Rhinestone Designs may take up to 25 working days to produce.
Rush charges may apply to orders requested outside our normal circumstantial time frame of 10 working days.
How To Order Custom Apparel and Custom Business Cards:
- Browse our online catalogs for styles or brands you like – If you don’t see it call us at 619-654-1840 or e-mail us spatrs1@cox.net.
- Choose colors, sizes and quantities you would like.
- Submit your artwork along with your choices from our online catalog to spatrs1@cox.net. If your artwork is not “camera ready” for silk-screen, embroidery, paper print or rhinestones, (vector quality), we can re-create any artwork in the form we need for a minimal charge.
- Once your order is approved for production – we require a 50% deposit to start production and the balance is due upon completion.
- There may be set-up charges, art charges and film output charges, depending on your custom order. THERE ARE NO MINIMUMS for screenprinted and embroidery orders. There is a 200 piece minimum on all Special Order Rhinestone Designs. Special Order Rhinestone Designs require a $45 set-up fee.
Privacy
We know how important privacy is to our customers. We appreciate your trust and confidence in our services and security as it relates to your personal information. We are strongly committed to protecting your privacy and providing safe online, phone and e-mail ordering. We DO NOT sell, share or carelessly dispose of ANY client’s personal information unless you authorize such transactions in writing.
